Seorang hacker Israel dengan nama Yourikan (you-r!-k @ n) MenDeface website “Presidency of Meteorology & Environment Protection”. Yourikan melakukan Deface tersebut untuk memberikan pesan kepada 0xOmar (Hacker Saudi) yang telah membocorkan ribuan kartu kredit warga negara Israel beberapa minggu lalu.
